This form composes the message in your own email app — nothing is uploaded to a server, and no draft is stored on our side. If your device has no mail app configured, use the addresses above instead.
Please do not send financial details, identity documents or anything else sensitive. There is no reason for a roofing calculator to hold them, and we will delete anything of that kind on receipt.
Reporting a wrong number
Corrections are the main way this tool gets better, and a good report is usually fixed within days. To check a result we need to reproduce it, so include as much of the following as you can:
- The inputs: footprint dimensions, overhang, pitch, roof shape, number of sections.
- The material and state you selected, since both drive the cost side.
- The figure you got and the figure you expected, with the source for your expected value if you have one — a supplier quote, a manufacturer coverage sheet, a code section.
- The easiest option of all: click Share in the calculator and paste the link. It encodes every input, so we see exactly what you saw.
- Your browser and device, if the problem is display or behaviour rather than arithmetic.
Response times
This is a small, independently run tool, not a staffed support desk. Expect a reply within two to five business days. Reported calculation errors are triaged first, privacy requests are answered within the statutory deadline that applies to them, and general feedback is read even when it does not get an individual reply.
What we cannot help with
To set expectations honestly, some requests are outside what this site does:
- We do not quote roofs. We cannot price your specific job, review a contractor's bid line by line, or tell you whether an offer is fair for your street.
- We do not refer contractors and we have no relationship with any roofing company, supplier or lead-generation network.
- We do not give engineering, legal or insurance advice. Structural questions belong with a licensed engineer, and claim disputes with your adjuster or a public adjuster.
- We cannot rule on code questions. We can point to the relevant IRC section, but local amendments vary and your building department decides.
